We are committed to providing the highest standard of care and we take our patients' rights and responsibilities very seriously. Your feedback is very important to us. If you receive a patient survey in the mail, we encourage you to fill it out and return it in the envelope provided. BayCare Outpatient Imaging Services

Mease Countryside Hospital is affiliated with BayCare Health System, a leading community-based health system in the Tampa Bay area.  With 22 convenient locations, you won’t have to travel far to find one near you.

To schedule an appointment at any one of our BayCare Outpatient Imaging centers, including those on the Mease Countryside Hospital campus, call (727) 461-8555, Monday – Friday, 7am – 6pm and Saturday 8am – 1pm. 

To contact the Medical Imaging Library, call (727) 462-7471, Monday – Friday, 8am – 6pm. Film or CD pick-up is available at any of our BayCare Imaging Service locations. Please allow 24 business hours for delivery to the imaging location that you will be picking up your CD or films.
