Morton Plant Mease Primary Care Hosts Community Health Fair

Free Health Screenings, Seminars and Family Activities

CLEARWATER, Fla., (April 3, 2012) – Morton Plant Mease Primary Care physicians and their practice teams will host a community health fair on Saturday, April 28, 2012, at Countryside High School, offering health screenings, health seminars, healthy cooking demonstrations and fun activities for the family.

Health screenings will include blood pressure and blood glucose. Health seminars will be held on various health topics including nutrition and wellness, heart health and children’s health. Guests will be able to chat with health professionals including physicians and nurses, learn more about primary care, specialists, hospital health services and get information about how a patient-centered medical home benefits patients.

Family fun activities include: face painting, inflatables, balloon artists, and complimentary snacks and beverages.
