A Good Night's Sleep is More Than Just a Dream

There are more than 100 recognized sleep disorders, many of which are difficult to diagnose and treat. Symptoms like chronic tiredness and restless sleep can be attributed to a variety of sleep disorders but can also be related to other disorders such as psychiatric and physical illness.

Morton Plant North Bay Sleep Disorders Center is accredited by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine and features a team of physicians and medical professionals with expertise in sleep medicine, ENT, neurology, pulmonology and psychiatry. The sleep disorders technical staff who collect data and observe the patients in the sleep center are all certified by the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists (BRPT).

State-of-the-Art Diagnostics and Facilities

Our state-of-the-art sleep disorder center is equipped with the most advanced diagnostic equipment for both in-center and out-of-center sleep testing. The overnight sleep study is performed in comfortable, private bedrooms. Patients are closely monitored by polysomnographic technologists who are trained in detailed data collection and analysis procedures. Once the sleep study is completed, the data is  compiled and sent to a Boarded Sleep Specialist for analysis and recommendation for treatment.
